Unzip the package and run the included installer — it adds Desktop and Start-menu shortcuts.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an internet connection?
Only once, to activate the full version — you just enter your key, nothing else to configure. After that FLASH POS works completely offline. When the computer happens to be online it quietly re-checks the license in the background, but a missing connection never stops you from selling. The demo never needs the internet.
Can I move my license to a new computer?
Yes, through our support team. Send us your activation key and the new computer’s Device ID (shown on the activation screen). We transfer the key to the new computer and the old one is deauthorized. You can’t move the key yourself — that is what keeps it safe.
What if my computer breaks?
Contact support with your key and the replacement computer’s Device ID so we can transfer your license. Then activate FLASH POS on the new computer and restore your latest backup. That is why regular backups to a USB drive or another folder matter.
How do backups work?
Back up with one click, or schedule automatic daily, weekly or monthly backups to any folder — including a USB drive — and choose how many backup files to keep. Backups and restores are available to Owner and Admin accounts.
Which printers and barcode scanners work?
Receipts print on ESC/POS thermal receipt printers (58 mm or 80 mm), connected by USB as a Windows printer or over the network (LAN, port 9100). A cash drawer connected to the printer can open automatically on cash sales. Any USB barcode scanner that types like a keyboard — the most common kind — works without drivers or setup.
What are the system requirements?
Windows 10 or Windows 11, 64-bit. A standard shop PC is enough — FLASH POS is designed to stay fast with 100,000+ products and years of sales history.
Which languages are supported?
Arabic and English. The Arabic interface is fully right-to-left, receipts and reports print in the selected language, and you can switch at any time in Settings.
What does the demo’s 50-product limit mean?
The demo is the complete app, but it holds at most 50 active products. Everything else — sales, customers, inventory, reports and printing — works without limits, so you can test FLASH POS with your real hardware before you buy.
Can I upgrade from the demo without losing my data?
Yes. The demo and the full version use the same data folder on your computer. Install the full version, activate it with your key, and your products, sales and settings are all still there — with the product limit removed.
